Hi! I am Samantha and I started to lose weight when I weighed nearly 300 pounds on June 26, 2008. Ever since I have been keeping at it and posting updates on how/what I am doing with my weight loss. Since the day I started I have lost well over 100 pounds WITHOUT surgery of ANY kind. Stay tuned for my updates until I reach my goal of 18% body fat. During my weight loss journey I have done many unbelievable/extreme/crazy things to lose weight! I am now in the process of getting my excess skin removed then I am going to pursue bodybuilding!
