The difference between McCain and the democrat's plan is obvious. The democrat's plan will make the government at the center of your families selection of health care plans. If you don't play by their rules you will be penalized. McCain's plan put's the consumer back in charge of their healthcare.
" Families should be in charge of their health care dollars and have more control over their care. We can improve health and spend less, while promoting competition on the cost and quality of care, taking better care of our citizens with chronic illness, and promoting prevention that will keep millions of others from ever developing deadly and debilitating disease." -- http://www.johnmccain.com/Informing/Issues/19ba2f1c-c03f-4ac2-8cd5-5cf2e...

I agree Mo_Jenn. It seems that he does have the most comprehensive plan.

From what I've read, he does have the most comprehensive plan for the Republicans. Though, I like Romney's federalist approach.
