Oprah career makeover intern Ayesha Lone visits The Looking Glass, a wig shop at the Hollings Cancer Center in Charleston, South Carolina. She finds that the store's patrons come not only seeking a post-treatment makeover, but also a friendly, sympathetic face in the women who work at The Looking Glass, themselves cancer survivors.
