Study finds many children are not getting the physical activity they need

In this video, new information about your children and the exercise they need but may not be getting. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture children should have a minimum of sixty minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity a day. But a recent study finds as children grow older they are becoming less active and many do not meet the recommended guidelines.
