Extreme High-Fiber Diet No Better Than 'Five A Day' At Improving Survival For Breast Cancer Patients

Some breast cancer experts believe that regular exercise and eating five servings of fruits and vegetables a day may help reduce the risk of the cancer coming back. So researchers wondered if more of a good thing – eating more fiber – is better. But they found that “five a day” is as good as it gets.

Great info... it does seem excessive to eat ALL that many vegetables.
