When a life is touched by breast cancer, there is a need for support. There’s something so comforting about talking to someone who’s been there. While family and friends can be a wonderful support, speaking with other breast cancer survivors helps patients come to terms with their diagnosis and cope with the emotional concerns that may arise. In the second video podcast of the Health Matters at Work™ series on Women’s Health Issues, Community Health Charities has partnered with Breast Cancer Network of Strength to highlight the opportunities for information and support available for patients with breast cancer and their families.
