Chronic Myeloid Leukemia: When Gleevec Failed, Went on to Sprycel and BMT

36 -year-old was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. On Gleevec for 6 months at S$3,500 per month. When she suffered a relapse, she was switched to Sprycel which made her whole body painful. Doctor then suggested BMT (bone marrow transplant) costing S$50,000 to S$100,000.
