NIA Dance for Cancer Patients

M. D. Anderson Cancer Center's NIA (neuro-muscular integrative action) instructor Carla Warneke defines this exercise form as a blend of martial arts, dance and healing arts. Carla and her students have fun demonstrating NIA can be very energizing for cancer patients.
