Rectal Cancer (Stage 3): Still Alive After Eight Years

AK was 70-years-old lady when she had abdominal pains. She passed out blood in her stools. A 15 cm tumour was found at the anal verge. She underwent surgery and the histopathology report indicated moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma of the rectum, tubulovillous type, Duke Stage C. .She refused chemotherapy and opted for CA Care Therapy, instead. On 8 September 2009, her daughter came to collect some more herbs for her. She said her mother is well. She is now 78 years old and living a normal life.
