Why isn't this getting more attention- if this person really believes that magnesium is more important than vitamin d supplements? What does it do?

Magnesium really should be getting much more attention, because it is one of the most vital minerals, right up there with calcium, and it's actually a major counterpart to calcium, which we hear about all the time. The fact is that awareness of it's importance has actually been steadily increasing in the natural health world, and somewhat in mainstream medicine as well. It should be more widely known by individuals though, and people should be talking more about it as magnesium is so important for optimal health, and we just don't get enough from the foods we eat.
