Treating a Sore Throat

Added: December 1, 2009 | Time 01:18 | Views: 309

How do I relieve a sore throat when I have a cold? It's usually from a simple virus, like nasal congestion which dries out your throat. Drink a lot of water, warm fluids (like tea or soup), and rest your voice. There are many over-the-counter medicines that can help, as well. gargling with warm salt water can help, too.
