Sweet, sweet child. You must be the parent now, take care of your inner little girl, take care of yourself. You are SO right on: as long as you are fighting the EDs can't win. Thank you for joining ICYOU and sharing yourself and your story with us. This video hit home and reminded me a lot of myself growing up with anorexia nervosa. Be good to your little girl, she deserves it.

Oh yes my love, of this I am fully aware. By little girl I mean your INNER CHILD, hold her, embrace her and don't deny her of whatever she needs. I do a lot of inner child work and it's AMAZING!
