Fitness Tip: Increasing Core Strength

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Kristen Kennedy, gives us tips on increasing core strength. She explains why it’s often beneficial to start with floor work, rather than go to a machine for exercises. Kennedy also demonstrates the proper way to do a crunch.
