I liked that he said that kids do not have to diet b/c I hate it when kids use that word. I wish he would have mentioned some exercises that are good for girls who don't play sports, like put your radio on and dance in your room for an hour.

this guy is pretty goofy, but there is no doubt that he knows his stuff. I've watched just about all of his videos now, and I feel much better informed thanks to him.
