The word 'diet' or wanting to lose weight is such a negative concept, & negativity creates more of that in your life. Put your energy into a positive outlook. Think about how you would like to look, what do you feel is your ideal weight.Doing that will bring you the neccessary means to achieve that goal. One of the most important actions anyone can take towards achieving a goal is establishing a purpose to do so. What will your ideal weight, or ideal look mean to you? Your loved ones? Your health?
