Osteoporosis: Prevention

Exercise is one way to help prevent osteoporosis. Activities such as walking or jogging are particularly recommended because they strengthen muscles and improve bone density.

My grandmother had osteoporosis and she fell down and broke her hip twice. I think exercise would have helped her.
