I could do a low-fat vegetarian diet before I could do a low-carb diet. I'm not the biggest meat fan.

Come on.. I heard low-carb is not healthy. My doctor told me eat carbs but in the "whole" form.. whole grains..and in moderation. You need to talk about that...
