How often to apply sunscreen?

How often should sunscreen be applied? There are four points to remember: 1.) for UV3 protection, use SPF 15 or more, 2.) for UV8, use either zinc oxide, titanium dioxide or avobenzone, 3.) use 1 ounce / 2 tbsp and 4.) apply every 2 hours and after swimming or sweating.
