I'd definitely wear wrist braces if it helped ease the pain of carpal tunnel.

You should definitely see a doctor if you are experience this kind of pain. They should be the one to tell you whether or not you need to sleep with a brace on over night.

My wrists bother me sometimes, but I am not sure I could sleep with braces on my arms.

A former coworker had to have surgery done for this on BOTH hands. Her doctor told her it was all preventable.
