Coconut Bell Pepper Soup

Here's the lowdown...2 Bell Peppers,2 tbls of Cocobutter, 2 tbls of Coco oil,I carton of zico or the water of one thai coconut. A little honey or agave to taste.Blend blend blend...a little longer on the video to make sure the coco oil warms up and mixes with the rest of the ingredients. So easy...and so good. Let's make raw food as accessible as possible.

I'll probably give this a try, but I might add a small amount of red pepper too. I love Red Thai Curry, and this soup seems like it could come pretty close with just a little added spice.
