Anesthesia during labor

I think it is up to the woman. Every woman has a different idea of how they want the childbirth to go. There is no right or wrong answer, just individual preferences.

I think women have become to accustomed to drugs. I still believe in proper breathing and a natural birth.

I don't think I want to be completely knocked out! I want to be able to understand what is happening around me. But I do like that you have options.

I want to be completely asleep. I don't think I could handle just the regional anesthetic. I don't have a very high threshold for pain.
