Caution urged when giving kids cold and flu meds

Its cold and flu season again, causing misery for the little people in your household. New guidelines warn parents that over-the-counter cough and cold medications should not be used in children under 6 years of age. But what should parents do to help their children through the runny nose, cough and aches?
