What are your thoughts on Vitamin water? I know it has sugar in it, but isn't it still better than something carbonated?

I'm not familiar with vitamin water... probably good to take once a day! But what is the vitamin quality? If you really want a good quality vitamin, take a look at www.lizshealthnwealth.com The best water is filtered water through reverse osmosis. We need the good minerals in water, but filter out the harmful chemicals. According to Dr. Mercola, we know we wre getting enough water if our urine is pale yellow in color. So whatever else you drink, make sure you get enough pure, clean water.
